Omid Mobarak is the CEO of LMC Cleveland. Originally from Arizona, he studied Political Science at Arizona State University before discovering his passion for sales and marketing. With nearly a decade of experience in the industry, Omid specializes in building high-performing teams and mentoring the next generation of business professionals. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time with family and friends.
CADEN SMITH
Caden was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and has a passion for connecting with people. He began his journey at LMC Cleveland in entry-level sales and, through dedication and leadership, has grown into his current role as Assistant Manager. Outside of work, Caden is a talented photographer and musician who enjoys exploring Cleveland, especially the vibrant sights of downtown.
What he loves most about LMC Cleveland is the company’s compassionate and energetic culture, built by a team of supportive, like-minded individuals who make coming to work every day inspiring and fun.
ROMAN LITTLE
Roman is a Sales Lead from Cleveland with a strong work ethic and a straightforward, people-first approach. After working on cars, he decided to make a change and pursue a career in sales.
He brings hands-on experience, discipline, and a strong drive to grow in a new field. Roman played baseball growing up, which helped shape his competitive mindset and teamwork skills.
A fun fact—he introduces himself as “Roman like the empire,” a reflection of his personality and confidence. He also has two younger sisters, which helped build his leadership and responsibility from an early age.
Roman brings energy, focus, and a fresh perspective to the team.
MATTHEW LOMBARD
Matthew is a Sales Lead originally from Aurora, Ohio, who brings energy, connection, and a people-first mindset to the team. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship-building.
Driven by a genuine passion for meeting new people, Matthew was drawn to sales as a way to connect, understand needs, and help others find the right solutions. His approach is centered on building trust and creating positive experiences for every client he works with. Fun fact: Matthew played college rugby.
VINCENT TARTIGLO
Vincent is a Sales Lead from Aurora, Ohio, with a strong drive for connecting with people and building relationships. He started college before choosing to pursue a career in sales after realizing its importance in every business.
He previously worked as a Regional Manager, where he built leadership skills, managed client relationships, and performed in a fast-paced environment.
His passion for sales began in an extracurricular business program, and he went on to qualify for the state-level DECA competition—an achievement earned by only five students in his program.
Vincent brings energy, focus, and a growth mindset to everything he does.
